Athal

The Athal (Ah-thawl) are a species in the Galactic Union.

They appear similar to Terran flies, but are approximately the size of a dog. Though they have wings, they are flightless above 0.1g.

They were essentially irrelevant to Galactic politics until finding a major amount of F11. Now they are part of the Wathayat Trading Consortium.
